The following results were obtained after the execution of the first phase:

The ground infrastructure of the project was developed and implemented:

  • Created the access infrastructure to wireless services.
  • Implemented a virtual machine capable to support and run the services that are to be implemented.
  • Installed a Kerberos authentication server.
  • Created the architecture and implementation of a database capable of storing the patient sheet, the change history as well as other data needed by the applications.
  • Established the structure and layout of the mobile application.

After the execution of the second phase the following results have been obtained:

The applications which offer services on the infrastructure created after the first phase, have been finalized:

  • The mobile application which is needed by physicians to record medical observations has been created
  • The mobile agent which allows the mobile application to save the medical data (observations) in the database has been created
  • The SaaS agent which converts the audio files in text transcripts using a SpeechToText service has been created
  • The project web interface has been created
